APPLICATION
High temperature electrical heaters

CONSTRUCTION
- Conductor: Solid or stranded
- Insulation: impregnated lapped fiberglass type “E” or “R/S”
- Outer layer: braided fiberglass type “E” or “R/S”
- Impregnation type: liquid silicone resin or varnish
- (Optional) Outer armour: tin plated copper wire braid or Stainless/Galvanized steel
- Working temperature: + 400°C (Type E) / 600°C ( Type R/S)
- Rating voltage = 300/500V
- Voltage testing = range 1500 / 2000V

FEATURES
- Thermal rating: very high
- Abrasion resistance: fair
- Chemical resistance: good
- Moisture resistance: poor
- Fire resistance: excellent
