- Insulation: impregnated lapped fiberglass type “E” or “R/S”
- Outer layer: braided fiberglass type “E” or “R/S”
- Impregnation types: liquid silicone resin or varnish
- Working temperature: + 400°C(Type E)/600°C(Type R/S)
- Rating voltage = 300/500V
- Voltage testing = range 1500 / 2000V
- Outer armour: tin plated copper wire braid or Stainless/Galvanized steel
- Thermal rating: very high
- Abrasion resistance: fair
- Chemical resistance: good
- Moisture resistance: poor
- Fire resistance: excellent
